Here’s how it works:
- You will be sent a comprehensive pack with meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and a medical/lifestyle questionnaire – plus all of your NutriClean supplements
- Complete the Medical questionnaire for BMI and hip to waist ratio
- Shop for the ingredients you need from the lists provided. Study some simple menu planners
- We have our first session
- We’ll discuss the process, the supplements, the meal plans, answer any questions while reviewing your questionnaire
- You begin the programme
- We meet for our second session
- Days 7 to 9 of the programme are liquid only days, which is when some people find it a challenge to stay on track. The group helps keep you motivated.
- Ask any questions or share tips that have worked for you or discuss how you’re feeling
- You will by now have completed the two-week detox programme
- We have our third and final session in which we discuss how you are feeling now compared to the start of the programme including any weight loss or health benefits using the Medical Questionnaire
- We celebrate your success and look at next steps on how to maintain your health
